This is a Fanon ship found in many game mods and Star Wars fan sites. Some feel into rebel hands where they are used as hit and run vessels for commerce raiding.
A few of these ships were purchased by independent commercial organizations for escorting convoys. Price and poor maneuverability plagued the DP37 design.
